Les is the President of Goals Soccer Centers, Inc.
In 2007 he and his family moved to California, where he began a joint venture with Goals Soccer Centers plc. of the UK and become a qualified Cal South and AYSO Coach and Referee.
Prior to this venture, Les ran his own investment company where he advised hedge fund groups and banks on various investment opportunities, as well as investing as principal.
Until 2005 Les had pursued a successful investment banking career, specializing in hedge funds and equity sales with Jefferies, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, culminating in his leadership of the management buyout of Cargill Investor Services which successfully sold in 2005.
Les grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he began his career with Ivory and Sime in 1984.
Keith co-founded Anchor International (trading as "Pitz") which opened its first 5-a-side center in 1987.
As Managing Director, he oversaw the growth of that Company to 11 branches before it was sold to 3i.
Together with Bill Gow, he affected the MBI of Goals in November 2000 and became the Company's Managing Director.
Bill is a Chartered Accountant, and also completed an MBA in 1992.
He subsequently held management positions at British Aerospace and Clydesdale Bank before joining KPMG in 1997, where he specialized in Corporate Finance.
Together with Keith Rogers, he affected the MBI of Goals in November 2000, becoming the Company's Finance Director.
